For a standard pickup (i.e. from a hotel or address), your chauffeur will wait for 15 minutes before leaving the pickup point.
Airport pickups come with one hour of complimentary wait time before the chauffeur will leave the pickup location. If you need more time and the driver is able to wait, there will be a surcharge of EUR 45,00 per every new hour.
